Raya has served modern Thai cuisine in a restored Sino-Portuguese shophouse since 1992. Three generations of the same family still run the kitchen, adapting traditional southern Thai recipes with sustainably sourced local ingredients. Known for their crab curry, which Gordon Ramsay called "the best I've ever had".
